DPT-3 filing

What to file

Indicative. Every company (other than a government company) with any outstanding loan or receipt of money — whether or not treated as a deposit — as on 31 March must file Form DPT-3 by 30 June. Pure equity is excluded. Money from a holding/subsidiary, banks, or as advances may be exempt deposits but is still reported. Confirm classification under the Deposit Rules.
