Timeline

Indicative. A charge should be registered within 30 days of creation. Filing within 31–120 days is allowed on payment of additional fees and ad valorem fees (for charges created on or after 2 Nov 2018). Beyond 120 days, registration generally requires Central Government rectification under section 87. Additional-fee amounts vary by company type — confirm on MCA.
